No. You have to be a registered picture framer before we can sell picture frame mouldings or Cut & joins items to you.

For all local deliveries, in Johannesburg & Cape Town, the standard delivery fee is R 65 ex VAT.

For all outlying suburbs, courier changes are quoted before the order is dispatched.

All of our accounts are handled according to the rules as set our by the account type you have with us.

We have the following account types:

• PBD – Payment is required before delivery of items
• COD – Payment is required on Delivery of items
• Credit Account – Account payment is communicated to you individually after account approval.

All orders are dispatched the next day for delivery.

Should you wish to collect your order, you can do so immediately after you have placed the order.

We have a simple saying: “Order on the day, get it the next”.

All items sold can be returned within a reasonable amount of time, provided that they are in their original condition. Products that have been used, will not be credited and cannot be returned.

Although each wooden moulding that goes through our factory is fumigated according to ISPM15 standards, in the unfortunate event that you receive an item that has woodborer beetles in it, the length may be replaced.

All customers needs to complete the COD or the Account application forms, which are available on request. After the account has been approved, you can buy.
