Surface Preparation
Application temperature: +5°C to +40°C (environment and substrate). Surfaces must be dry, clean and solid. Clean surfaces with Zwaluw Cleaner. Zwaluw Silicone NO adheres perfectly without the use of a primer to most non porous substrates. Strong porous surfaces to be pre-
treated with Zwaluw Primer B1. Always test adhesion prior to application. Use Zwaluw Finisher to smooth the joint.
Paintability
Zwaluw Silicone-NO is not paintable. It is recommended to cover the edges of the joint with a masking tape in order to prevent that the surfaces which still needs to be painted will be contaminated with silicone.
Shelf Life
In unopened original packaging between +5°C and +25°C, shelf life till 18 months after production date, stored in a dry place.
