Applications
ALCOLEX 9003 can be used directly as a pressure sensitive adhesive for self -adhesive articles. Can be used to bond two non porous surfaces together, such as required in the manufacture of mouse pads. Also suitable for labeling of plastic bottles. It can also be modified with other acrylic dispersions and resins or resin esters for the manufacture of pressure sensitive adhesive.
Ideal for side seaming applications, particularly those involving difficult surfaces e.g. decorative boxes.

Adhesion
Excellent adhesion to various types of paper, paper-backed foil, and board e.g. kraft, baywhite, clay coated, printed, varnished, and some wax coated surfaces. Also suitable for polycoated surfaces, PVC foil and corona treated BOPP and OPP, and some types of rubbers.

Limitations
At least one surface must be porous. ALCOLEX 9003 may not adhere to some wax coated papers and plastics. Do not use when temperature, glue or materials are below 4°C.
